Avani grew up in Minnesota and attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate, where she was a Chancellor’s Scholar and graduated summa cum laude with a BPhil in Neuroscience and minor in Spanish. While at the University of Pittsburgh, she co-founded a chapter of a non-profit organization focused on education in India, served as a medical Spanish interpreter, and completed an Honors thesis in Psycholinguistics/Neuroscience research. As a medical student at New York University, Avani helped establish a student-run asylum clinic and was heavily involved in research across many fields, including Dermatology and Population Health. She is passionate about advocacy and addressing health disparities in skin cancer related care. Avani believes that every student has a unique story and set of strengths that can be highlighted and utilized when developing a personal narrative during the application process. In her free time, Avani enjoys exploring restaurants and cafes in NYC, working out, and learning languages.

Hiral grew up in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University for undergrad, where she was a student in the School of Arts and Sciences Honors Program and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Genetics. While at Rutgers, she conducted research on the intricate dynamics of sperm egg interactions in Caenorhabditis elegans, was a senior mentor to underprivileged middle-schoolers in NYC, an E-Board member for the Peer Mentor Programming Board, an honors peer tutor and mentor, a senior ambassador for the honors program, and a supplemental physics instructor. She will be attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine this summer. Hiral believes it is her responsibility to use her wisdom and education about the application process to make it smooth and stress-free for those who are applying now. She is passionate about crafting your application to represent the best version of you. In her free time, Hiral enjoys painting, going on long walks, and spending time with her family.

JD Candidate at Harvard

Sahil grew up in New Jersey and attended the University of Virginia, double majoring in Political Philosophy, Policy and Law and Economics. He currently attends Harvard Law School after achieving a perfect score of 180 on his LSAT. As a political junkie, Sahil has worked in several politics-related roles throughout undergrad, including interning for a U.S. House campaign and constituent services for a State Senate office. He also served as a Copy Senior Associate for the Cavalier Daily, UVA’s student-run newspaper. As a fourth-year undergraduate student, he wrote a thesis exploring the drawbacks of electing district attorneys in the United States. He hopes to work in the government after law school, and is particularly interested in constitutional law. Sahil is excited to bring his editing and proofreading skills to the table while also guiding like-minded students through the options they have post-undergrad. In his free time, Sahil enjoys playing geography-based trivia games, watching football, and amateur weather forecasting.
